What is a Free Fuel card?

It's a prepaid physical Mastercard® that is delivered to your home address to be spent on fuel.

 

Who is eligible for the Free Fuel card?

Škoda customers purchasing specified products within the qualifying period will be eligible for a free fuel card. We'll contact these customers via email and invite them to claim a reward.

 

How do I claim my Free Fuel card?

Eligible customers will be issued an invite email within 14 days of purchasing an eligible product explaining how to claim your Free Fuel card. We'll explain how to go to our dedicated website to enter your details and claim code, which will be in the email. You must claim within 90 days of receiving your email invite to claim.

 

How long do I have to claim my Free Fuel card?

Eligible customers have 90 days from receipt of your invite email to claim. After this time, your claim code will expire, and we can't issue another one.

 

How will I receive my Free Fuel card?

Your Free Fuel card will be posted to your home address within 7 working days of completing your claim. Your letter will contain instructions on how to register your Free Fuel card.

 

When will I receive my Free Fuel card?

Your Free Fuel card will be posted to your home address within 7 working days of completing your claim.

 

How do I activate my Free Fuel card?

To activate your Free Fuel card, you simply need to complete your account registration at www.purecard.com, which will only take a couple of minutes and consists of a three simple steps.

  • Enter your details
  • Activate your card
  • Set up your online account and retrieve your PIN

You'll receive a confirmation email once completed successfully so you know you are ready to spend!

 

Can I use my Free Fuel card straight away?

Yes! Once the card is activated, it is ready to use straight away.

 

How long do I have to activate my Free Fuel card?

You must activate the card within 3 months of card issuance. If it is not activated within this time, you will no longer have access to the funds. For full Terms and Conditions, please click here.

 

Where can I spend my Free Fuel card?

You can spend in fuelling stations across the UK where you see Mastercard® is accepted. Please note that the card cannot be used to pay at pump but can be accepted within the kiosk.

 

If my Free Fuel card doesn't work, what can I do?

How long is my Free Fuel card valid for?

The card is valid for 12 months from the date your card was issued. The expiry date is shown on the front of the card.

 

What if I don't spend the funds on the Free Fuel card before the expiry date?

The funds on the card are available to you up to the expiry stated on the front of your card. Once the card expires, any remaining funds on the card will no longer be available to you.
